Bear Crawl

A basic bear crawl. It isn’t difficult as there are no limitations here.

  • Move with whichever limb you want to and keep a flat back.
  • Stay level with shoulders over your wrists as often.
  • Keep your knees under your hips. [This is key to keeping the core engaged.]

Stick your tailbone up to the ceiling!

Walk slowly at first so that you become comfortable with the movement and then overtime play with the pace as an added intensity.
